摘要
The precipitation kinetics in recrystallized and annealed supersaturated solid solutions of nickel-aluminum (12 at%Al) and copper-iron (2 at%Fe) alloys were studied. The enhanced precipitation rates observed in recrystallized materials suggest a vacancy concentration of 10-1000 times the equilibrium vacancy concentration at the temperature at which the migration process occurs.
