摘要
Gamma-Cyclodextrin was used to perform chiral discrimination of (+/-)-5,6-diisobutyroyl-2-methylaminotetralin hydrochloride by H-1-NMR; the 95% enantiomeric excess of the (-)-isomer was determined successfully.
