摘要
The issues relating to the polynomial LQG optimal control design method applied to the control of strip gauge in the single stand of a cold rolling mill are considered. In particular the problem of controlling the Back-Up-Roll eccentricity gauge variation caused by non-circular Back-Up-Rolls is treated. A new polynomial systems formulation for this problem is presented and the implications of this approach are discussed.
