摘要
Microprobe standards for the quantitative determination of U and Th have been prepared from natural minerals and synthetic glasses. The standards have been analysed and found to be homogeneous. Complete analyses of davidite, euxenite-polycrase and uraninite are given together with a modified technique for synthetic glass formation. The ionic compositions of the davidite and euxenite-polycrase are derived from the analyses and compared with the ideal formulae. © 1978.
