摘要
This study demonstrated that meperidine, when administered to the maternal guinea pig, rapidly crossed the placenta and produced EEG changes not unlike those of the more mature animal. Increased voltage and decrease in frequency were apparent in both mother and fetus following meperidine injection. The maternal responses preceded the fetal response by a relatively brief interval. High doses of meperidine in the mother produced spike and slow waves with clinical signs of convulsions. In the fetus these events were associated with decrease in frequency and voltage depression. © 1968.
