摘要：

Phase transformations which occur during melting and solidification of sintered YBa2Cu3O7-x (1-2-3) were investigated. It was found that after melting about 5-10 h were needed to attain equilibrium in the sample and that upon slow cooling in the T(perit)-T(eut) temperature interval the 1-2-3 phase was formed by crystallization directly from the melt existing at T=T(perit). Using traditional methods for directional solidification, bulk samples without large-angle boundaries in the direction of the temperature gradient were obtained.
