摘要：

Transparent Y2O3 specimens have been fabricated by vacuum hot pressing in graphite dies at temperatures ranging from 1300-1500°C for 1-2 hours. Specimens were produced with a grain size of less than one micron. Optical transmittance was greater than 80 per cent to six microns in the infra-red. © 1969.
