摘要
Magnetization of Cd1-xFexSe has been measured in magnetic field up to 20 T for H parallel and perpendicular to the hexagonal c axis. The low field anisotropy as well as the existence of an isotropic point near 20 T are well accounted for by crystal field model. Additional measurements of donor Raman spin-flip and magneto-optical splitting of free exciton allows the determination of exchange integrals for the conduction and valence bands. © 1990.
