摘要
The separation of conformational isomers of cyclic nitrosamines which did not separate at room temperature was possible when the thin-layer chromatography (TLC) plate was developed at -77°C. Effects of temperature and continuous development on the separation and resolution were studied. The results show better separation at lower temperatures and Improved resolution with continuous development. NMR spectra of the separated compounds support the TLC data which Indicated that the separated compounds are conformational isomers. © 1979, American Chemical Society. All rights reserved.
