摘要
In the following study it is shown that aromatic imines can serve as odourants with remarkable properties. Starting from endo-camphenilylamine, we synthesized numerous imines by reaction with aromatic aldehydes. The odourous character of endo-3,3-dimethyl-bicyclo[2.2.1]heptyl(4-methoxy)benzaldimine, endo-3,3-dimethylbicyclo[2.2.1]heptyl(2-nitro)benzaldimine and endo-3,3-dimethylbicyclo[2.2.1]heptyl(3-methoxy-4-hydroxy)benzaldimine is emphasized.
