摘要
The self-diffusivity depends on composition. The pre-exponential factor and the activation energy increase with increasing deviations from the stoichiometric composition. The composition dependence of the activation energy for self-diffusion exhibits a similar trend to that for recrystallization and grain growth in Co//3Ti.
