摘要
1. 1. When the diet of rats was supplemented by fructose for 3 days, the specific activity of liver or intestine enzymes metabolizing this sugar was modified. 2. 2. Similar observations were made in the case of the intestine enzymes alone when rats were submitted to this modification of feeding for 17hr. 3. 3. Cycloheximide injected in rats suppressed this last effect of fructose. 4. 4. The concentration of modulators of the fructose bisphosphate aldolase activity alone was modified after ingestion of fructose. 5. 5. The results suggest that the synthesis rate of most of the enzymes studied is affected by the addition of fructose to the regime. © 1979.
