A case of E. Coli folliculitis of the face is presented. Unlike many of the reported cases, there was no preceding history of tetracycline therapy. The condition could be attributed to long term use of a hexachlorophene preparation. Copyright © 1979, Wiley Blackwell. All rights reserved
