摘要
In the C.S.T.B. wind-tunnel [1] the static and dynamic characteristics of natural wind (in neutral stability) are obtained at a model scale of 1 250 based on the length scales of turbulence. The wind properties are controlled by the combination of roughness, bidimensional vortex generators, cross jets and big blocks. The results agree reasonably well with the natural wind measurements analysed in Meteorological literature review" by J. Counihan [3]. © 1979."
