摘要
Neutron flux irradiated silica glasses are studied. It is found that density, refractive index, and elastic moduli increase with the fluence value. Rayleigh and Brillouin scattering, low‐frequency Raman scattering, and Raman scattering spectra are taken. One can conclude that neutron flux irradiation of silica glasses leads to the alteration of a hierarchy of inhomogeneities including structural correlation regions and “frozen‐in” density fluctuations.
