摘要
Results of Seebeck coefficient measurements on La1-xSrxCoO3-y (0.1 ≤ x ≤ 0.5) are presented. Interpretation of the expression for the Seebeck coefficient was based on the model for a small polaron hole conductor. Even at high temperatures, only slightly higher than theoretical values of p were obtained, which demonstrates that the influences of mixed conduction and of degeneration effects are of little importance. The model described previously for low values of x may be extended to high values of x. The values of p (21 < log p < 22) show that these compounds have a position between semiconductors and metals. © 1979, The Electrochemical Society, Inc. All rights reserved.
