摘要
The differential cross section for elastic scattering of 10.83-MeV photons by Pb and by U has been measured for scattering angles between 20°and 150°. The elastic scattering has been resolved from inelastic contributions for the first time. For scattering angles less than 45°this process is dominated by the Delbrück effect. © 1969 The American Physical Society.
