摘要
Propagation phenomena of two nonlinearly coupled orthogonal waves in a slab waveguide are demonstrated numerically. It is shown that the propagation behavior is strongly dependent on the particular nonlinear mechanism as well as on the optical power allotted to each polarization component. © 1990 Optical Society of America.
