摘要
:
A jitter measurement technique is described which provides a time and amplitude quantised histogram estimator for the probability density function of the transition times of a digital signal. Conventional statistical metrics are also obtained, so providing an accurate numerical description of jitter phenomena. © 1979, The Institution of Electrical Engineers. All rights reserved.
