摘要
A glucose oxidase (GOD) electrode was prepared by electrochemical polymerization of an aqueous solution of pyrrole in presence of the enzyme. It was possible to prepare an enzymatic electrode sensitive to the concentration of glucose in solution. The p-benzoquinone was successfully used as a redox mediator between the reduced form of the enzyme and the electrode. The regeneration potential was 350 mV/sce. It is much lower than the regeneration potential of oxygen which is the natural mediator for electron and proton transfers.
