摘要
Detailed reflectivity data for cubic ZnSe is presented in the range 4.2-12.8 eV. The Empirical Pseudopotential Method is used to compute the electronic band structure and reflectivity as a function of frequency. A comparison shows good agreement between experiment and theory. The electronic transitions causing the reflectivity peaks are identified. © 1969.
