摘要：

This report describes a patient with recurrent and refractory ventricular tachycardia occurring in the presence of normal atrioventricular conduction. The rhythm was unresponsive to the usual antiarrhythmic drugs, and control was finally achieved by permanent implantation of an epicardial atrial pacing electrode coupled to a subcutaneously buried pulse generator. © 1968.
