摘要
The effect of heat or X-irradiation on the reproductive capacity of 3 cell lines was compared. Two human astrocytoma cell lines were equally sensitive to 42°C or 44°C hyperthermia, although their sensitivity to radiation differed. Chinese hamster ovary cells were most sensitive to hyperthermia, whereas their sensitivity to radiation was intermediate. These results demonstrate a lack of correlation between heat and radiation sensitivity on the cellular level. © 1978.
