摘要
This paper presents a centralized optimizing computational algorithm for the on-line control of voltage and reactive power. The body of the paper is divided into two parts. In Section I the fundamental linearized equation describing the relation between the operation of regulating devices and the corresponding changes in controlled variables, i.e., node voltage magnitudes and line reactive power flows, is established. In Section II an optimizing procedure for the real time computation of voltage and reactive power control is presented based upon this linearized equation.
