CHANGE OF POLARITON DISPERSION DUE TO VIRTUAL BIEXCITON FORMATION AT HIGH POLARITON DENSITIES

摘要
The renormalization of the polariton dispersion is investigated theoretically under strong laser irradiation near the two-photon resonance energy of biexcitons. The results of this change in the dispersion are discussed for several experimental situations especially for the density dependent line shift in the two-photon Resonance Raman Scattering via biexcitons. © 1979.
