摘要
The solubilities of methoxyflurane (2,2-dichloro-1,1-difluoroethylmethylether), trilene (1-chloro-2,2-dichloroethylene), chloroform, halothane (2-bromo-2-chloro-1,1,1-trifluoroethane), diethyl ether, ethrane (2-chloro-1,1,2-trifluoroethyldifluoromethylether) and cyclopropane in a special medical grade silicone rubber have been determined from vapour sorption studies. The sorption of n-pentane by the rubber was measured and the results are compared with previously published data for n-pentane in silicone rubber. It is shown how the solubilities of other volatile agents not included in the study can be estimated from a knowledge of the normal boiling point. p]These results are of value to the development of a method for determining blood gas concentrations continuously and in vivo by mass spectrometry. © 1979.
