摘要
In this paper we study perpendicular electronic transport in GaAs-AlAs superlattices in the presence of a magnetic field applied parallel to the layers. A maximum in the magneto-conductance characteristic is observed and we analyze its shifting as function of the ground-state miniband width and the applied electric field. Comparing the relationship obtained from a simple physical model with our results we obtain a reasonable agreement.
