摘要
The Hall coefficient R//h of Y-Ba-Cu oxide has been measured from room temperature to approx. 90 K. R//h is positive and temperature dependent down to approx. 125 K below which it becomes less temperature dependent. No anomaly of the effective Hall mobility occurs around 125 K and the resistivity is independent of magnetic field in the whole temperature range. The onset of superconductivity near 125 K in this compound has not been confirmed by the present measurements.
