摘要
The Debye temperature (θM) of Fe-Ni alloys was obtained from measurements of the X-ray integrated intensity and the electrical resistivity at low temperatures from 4 to 300 K. A decrease of θM, implying a lattice softening effect, was found by lowering the temperature or increasing the iron concentration in the Invar region. © 1979.
