摘要
Interband magneto-optical absorption has been studied in the Voigt configuration at low temperature in an In0.75Ga0.25As0.52P0.48 alloy grown by liquid phase epitaxy on InP. Transmission minima, with exciton binding effects taken into account, when fitted to the coupled band theory of Pidgeon and Brown, yielded: Eg ≃ 1.07 eV (≈1.00 eV at room temperature), mc ≃ 0.061 m0, m1h ≃ 0.078 m0, and mhh ≃ 0.45 m0. © 1979.
