摘要
A method based on dissolution rates was developed for estimating the ratio of crystalline drug to that dispersed at the molecular level within a carrier. In two diverse systems, it was shown that under appropriately chosen conditions, the dissolution rate of the drug was linearly related to its degree of crystallinity.
