摘要
The effect of fast electron irradiation induced disorder on the high T//c (approximately 8 K) superconducting transition in beta - (BEDT-TTF)//2I//3, and on the metal-semiconductor transition at T//p equals 137 K in alpha - (BEDT-TTF)//2I//3 was studied by resistivity measurements. Defects suppress both transitions at a rate of dT//c/dc approximately minus 40 K/%.
