摘要：

Small concentration changes (usually <1%) of [45Ca] in radioactive perfusate of frog ventricles are used to determine calcium movements in heart cells. The procedure for high precision analysis of [45Ca] and its application to flux measurements are described. © 1969 Springer-Verlag.
