摘要
This paper deals with the effects of processing parameters on grain orientation and density as well as the grain-orientation mechanism during hot-pressing. Bismuth titanate (Bi4Ti3O12) is selected because it has the simplest chemical composition of the bismuth compounds with layered structure.
