摘要
The removal of soluble fractions must precede any estimate of the coke deposited on a catalyst surface. This is accomplished by an extraction which establishes the borderline between removable and nonremovable (coke) portions of deposits. The remaining coke is then determined by a burn-off method. The need for a standard method of coke determination is acute to enable comparisons of results from different laboratories. © 1979, American Chemical Society. All rights reserved.
