NMR-STUDY OF A PHYSISORBED POLYATOMIC FLUID

Identical polyatomic molecules in motion on the surface of an almost spherical adsorbing bead are considered describing their translation by a new model of random jumps. The molecular order locally and the finite bead size of large distances are taken into consideration. The longitudinal intermolecular relaxation is studied, including the combined effects of the eccentricity of the spin carrying nuclei and of the rotation of the molecules. The possible behavior of a layer of neopentane adsorbed on graphon is depicted.
