ANOMALOUS TEMPERATURE-DEPENDENCE OF THE HALL-COEFFICIENT IN LA2-XSRXCUO4 ABOVE ROOM-TEMPERATURE

摘要
Hall coefficients R(H) of La2-xSrxCuO4 (0.06 less-than-or-equal-to x less-than-or-equal-to 0.15) have been measured in the temperature region T<900 K. The values decrease rather rapidly with increasing temperature above room temperature and seem to approach the x- and T-insensitive values, which can be considered to correspond to ''the large Fermi surface'' The present observation seems to present strong constraints on the physical picture of the electrons in the high-T(c) Cu oxides.
