摘要
The essential finding of the present report is that anti-rat brain synaptic membrane antibodies, when brought into contact with the rat superior cervical ganglion, induce an abolition of the slow inhibitory postsynaptic potential and the consequent increase of the action potential (elicited by a train stimulus). These results constitute new evidence in favour of using anti-brain antibodies as experimental tools for structural and functional dissection of the neuron. © 1979.
