摘要
Cryptosporidium parvum sporozoites that exhibited gliding motility in vitro were examined by immunoflourescence with anticryptosporidial monoclonal antibodies (Mabs) for surface antigen deposition on poly-L-lysine-coated glass microscope slides. The Mabs that revealed trails are specific for an immunodominant 23-kDa antigen previously localized to the sporozoite surface.
