摘要
Raman spectra of bulk glasses of the (As2S3)1-x(AsBr3)x system with 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.5 were studied. The two-modes of behaviour of the Raman spectra are interpreted in terms of the structural model of a solid solution of two molecular species, i.e. AsBr3 molecules dissolved in the As2S3 network matrix. The strong 345 cm-1 and 255 cm-1 bands found in the Raman spectra were ascribed to the symmetric bond-stretching vibrations of the AsS3 and AsBr3 groups, respectively. © 1979.
