摘要
On the basis of luminescence spectra due to electronic transitions within the 3d7 shell of the Co2+ ion in wide-gap II-VI compounds a local density of phonon states has been obtained. A pattern of the electron-phonon coupling dependence through II-VI compound series is also discussed. © 1979.
