摘要：

By means of absorbed anti-gravida immun serum two lines of precipitations were demonstrated in the blood sera of pregnant and puerperal womem. Description are given on the electrophoretic mobilities and of the thermostability of the proteines. They are migrating within the α2-area and β-area and are not stainable with lipoproteid colouring matter. Pointed out are relations to antigens of placenta and umbilical cord. In addition there was found a precipitation between serum of gravidas and of placental extract. The possibility of a quantitative immunochemical determination of the pregnancy-specific proteines is discussed with reference to the diagnosis of pathological courses of pregnancies and of fetal distress. © 1969 J.
