摘要
The electroretinogram (ERG) emitted from the human retina in vitro has been demonstrated. Typical responses consist of a- and b-waves, oscillatory potential of about 80 c/sec frequency and a slow positive wave of long latency, which might be compared to the c-wave of the human retina. The excised retina could be dark adapted. The off-wave, a positive deflection, was apparent with adequate duration of stimulus. The level of activity of the excised retina dropped sharply after three hours. © 1969.
