摘要
The lipid content of thylakoids from dark-treated oat plants was studied. The levels of chlorophyll, monogalactosyl diacylglycerol, digalactosyl diacylglycerol and the phospholipids all declined. The lipids declined more rapidly than the chlorophyll. As the quantity of the galactolipids declined, there was little change in the relative concentration of linolenic acid esterified to them. In contrast, the relative concentration of linolenic acid esterified to the phospholipids increased as the quantity of lipid declined. The total fatty acid composition and the incorporation of label into thylakoid lipids dropped following the dark treatment.
