摘要
The efficiency of delivering 4-methoxy phenyl acetic acid particle beam emerging from a commercial liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry interface into the ion source of the mass spectrometer was optimized using response surface modeling (RSM) of the statistical experimental design. It was found that the temperature and pressure of the nebulizer, and the temperature of the desolvation chamber are the major factors for the optimization.
