摘要：

A technique for the in vivo freezing of whole organs at the operating table has been described using intraarterial helium in conjunction with ambient nitrogen as the cryogenic agents. This combination has been found to give a successfully uniform freeze and thaw throughout the organ. The technique has also described the use of a programmer recorder which allows for a more flexible and controllable rate of freeze through the use of a feedback thermistor. © 1970.
