摘要
Fumarprotocetraric acid and Parmelia conspersa interact with granite to produce soluble colored complexes which shows that chemical weathering of the rock material takes place. The chelating ability of P. conspersa may be due to the presence of fumarprotocetraric acid. Contrary to popular belief, many lichen acids are not very insoluble in water. © 1969 Martinus Nijhoff.
