摘要
Heat capacity data and heat capacity jumps at phase transitions in a dimethyldecylphosphine oxide-water system are reported. A three-dimensional diagram of the dependence of the heat capacity of the system on concentration and temperature (including heterogeneous regions) is presented. Differential entropy and enthalpy effects of dissolution of one phase in another are calculated using experimental data on heat capacity jumps or enthalpies of phase transitions. Ways of verifying the thermodynamic consistency of the data are considered. Possibilities of the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) technique in the study of thermodynamic properties of binary systems are summarized. © 1991.
