摘要
Current-voltage characteristics of samples of butyl rubber loaded with two different types of carbon black have been studied at different temperatures in the voltage range 10-3 KV. The conduction mechanism was found to follow the conventional band approach followed by the hopping model for isobutylene isoprene rubber (IIR) mixed with 40 phr of fast-extrusion furnace black (FEF) carbon black and the hopping model for IIR mixed with 50 phr of semireinforcing furnace black (SRF) carbon black.
