摘要：
A general procedure for optimizing binary gradient elution is described and applied to the specific separation of PTC-Amino Acid derivatives. The method requires two preliminary experimental runs under gradient elution mode followed by computer optimization. The different steps of the optimization procedure are described and the actual chromatograms are compared to the predicted ones. © 1990 Friedr. Vieweg & Sohn Verlagsgesellschaft mbH.
